Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, 360 degree parcel opening video without any stoppage is needed.  Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy :

An order can be cancelled within 6 hours from the time an order is placed. For example, if an order is placed at 10 am on June 15, 2023, it can be cancelled up to 15.59 hours (3.59 pm).

If the order is not shipped and if you wish to change the order, you may send an email and upon consent by the company, your order for another item of same value or more only shall be permitted. Change of order shall be allowed only once and there shall be no refund if the changed order is cancelled.

Note : Refund processing will be completed within two working days if an order is cancelled.

When can I change an order ?

You can change your order if shipment process has not yet started at our warehouse. If orders have been processed for shipping, cancellation or change request will not be entertained.

 

Can I cancel  a part of the order ?

You can cancel a part of the order in case you wish to buy any other product from among the products in display. If so, any offer or discount to the order shall stand cancelled or altered as per the terms for such products announced. For example, if a set of innerwears is ordered, it cannot be supplied in part. Such orders cannot be changed.

 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
